Our dental team is made up of highly skilled, caring professionals who provide Sudbury with the highest quality dental care with integrity and compassion.
Dr. Keenan is a proud life long Sudbury resident. He is a graduate of Lockerby Composite School and Laurentian University. Dr. Keenan attended the University of Detroit Mercy where in 1995 he received his DDS degree. After dental school Dr. Keenan completed a General Practice Residency program at Sinai Hospital of Detroit in 1996 and later received Continuing Education Certificates in Forensic Dentistry from McGill University in 2009. Dr. Keenan is an Adjunct professor at Laurentian University in the department of Forensics where he works with undergraduate students conducting dental aging research. Dr. Keenan is the dental consultant to the Northeastern Regional Forensic Pathology Unit in Sudbury as well as a member of the Province of Ontario Dental Identification Team. Dr. Keenan is on staff at Health Sciences North and regularly accepts referrals from other dentists to take their patients to the operating room. Dr. Keenan has been the dentist for the Sudbury Wolves since 1997 and was the dentist for the Ontario Summer Games, ESSO Cup and Telus Cup. Dr. Keenan holds membership in the Ontario and Canadian Dental Asscociations as well as the Academy for Sports Dentistry.
In his spare time Dr. Keenan enjoys coaching and playing hockey in the winter and playing golf and boating in the summer. Most of all Dr. Keenan enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and children Katie, Grace and Mike.
Dr. Erin Sirkka completed her Honors Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Forensic Science at Laurentian University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in London, ON.
Born and raised in Sudbury, Dr. Sirkka is happy to be back practicing so close to home.
Dr. Sirkka enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, hiking and travelling with her family.
Nicole joined the team at Dr. Keenan’s dental office August 2018. Nicole graduated from the Human Resource Management program at Cambrian College.
Outside of the office, Nicole likes to spend time with her family, friends and pets. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, ice fishing and gardening.
Kim has been a dedicated part of Dr. Keenan’s team since 1997. After graduating from Dental Assisting from Durham College in Oshawa, she also received a diploma in Office Administration from Durham College. Kim transitions from receptionist to Dental Assistant when needed.
Outside of the office Kim enjoys spending time camping with her family. In her spare time, Kim enjoys staying active running and gardening.
Cathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 40 years experience and is a Cambrian College graduate. She started her career with Dr. Keenan in 1998 as a part-time hygienist and then became full time in 2006.
Cathy enjoys reading, numerous winter sports and in the summer months she enjoys spending time at her cottage on beautiful Lake Nipissing.
Marie graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Georgian College in 2012. She began her dental career on Manitoulin Island and has been working for Dr. Keenan since 2015. Marie is dedicated to lifelong learning and stays current by attending continuing education courses throughout the year.
Originally from Orillia, Marie and her family have been enjoying all that Sudbury has to offer. As a busy mom of two, she can be seen at various sporting venues around town. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, and when it’s not too cold, snowboarding.
Michaela joined the team at Keenan Dental in May 2022. Michaela graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Cambrian College.
Outside of the office, Michaela enjoys spending time with family, friends and pets. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, staying active and love’s travelling.
Megan graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Cambrian College in 2022. She is always looking forward to helping patients achieve their optimal oral health goals. She is eager for challenges and new experiences.
Megan plans on continuing her education in the future to further her skills and knowledge.
Growing up on the outskirts of Sudbury, Megan enjoys camping, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Hailey is a proud graduate of Collège Boréal’s Dental Hygiene program, offering bilingual hygiene services in both French and English. With a focus on patient comfort and long-term oral health, she is committed to creating a calm, welcoming experience at every appointment. Her gentle touch and personalized care help ensure each visit is both thorough and relaxing.
Dedicated to promoting lifelong healthy smiles, Hailey stays current with the latest advancements in dental care through continuing education. She continuously seeks new ways to enhance the patient experience and deliver the highest standard of care.
Outside the clinic, Hailey enjoys spending time in nature and relaxing with her beloved cat, Olive. She takes great pride in fostering a positive, supportive environment for all her patients—and looks forward to helping you and your family achieve your healthiest, happiest smiles. With Hailey, your smile is truly in great hands.
Brooke graduated from the dental hygiene program from Cambrian college in 2023. She is committed to guiding patients to their optimum oral health.
Outside the office she enjoys reading, yoga, hiking, crocheting and spending time with her best friend – her cat, Beau.
Danielle has been working as a Dental Assistant since 2014. She is a graduate from George Brown College. She is originally from Guelph and moved to Sudbury in 2022.
During her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler.
Meagan graduated in 2017 from the Dental Assisting program from Cambrian College and is one of the newest members of our team.
When not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and travelling.
Yuen-Kay graduated in 2023 from dental assisting program at the University of Fraser Valley. While born and raised in BC, she and her husband relocated to Sudbury for a new adventure and joined Keenan Dental in 2024. She is passionate about delivering optimal dental care and ensuring patients experiences are comfortable and one to smile about after!
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring all the different ways to enjoy the outdoors in Northern Ontario.
With over 22 years of experience as a dental assistant—21 of those in the Middle East—Romelle brings both expertise and heart to every patient interaction. Originally from the Philippines, Romelle and her family took a leap of faith and moved to Canada in 2024, guided by prayer and trust in the Lord.
Romelle finds fulfilment not only in her work but also in life’s everyday joys—cooking, spending quality time with her husband and two sons, and watching vlogs. She values creating a welcoming and caring experience for each patient she meets.
